I went to the Royal Jordanian Dammam Office with my little dog since I had to inquire about pet travel regulations. The staff were very friendly and even accommodated my pet. They broke everything down in a simple way, such as what documents I require and how my pet will travel. I was very comfortable after visiting since I received all the information I required. The office was easy to locate and clean within. I didn’t have to wait long enough. Everyone was polite and respectful. It’s pleasant to see an airline that also cares about pets.
