Project/ Corp to corp Role Responsibilities:
Automate application and infrastructure deployments using Kubernetes across multiple environments (Dev, QA, Prod)
Strong programming knowledge in Core Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
Troubleshoot Java applications including analyzing logs, thread dumps, memory leaks, and GC issues
JVM tuning and configuration optimization for better performance
Ensure application reliability and scalability by improving CI/CD pipelines
Develop automation tools and scripts to enhance system performance and reliability
Implement monitoring and alerting solutions using Splunk, AppDynamics, and Grafana
Collaborate closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to streamline DevOps practices
Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and mitigation
Align DevOps practices with security best USA staffing practices and compliance requirements
Improve Siebel CRM performance, workflow, and database health
Involve in code and application review processes to understand functional/business flows
Maintain comprehensive documentation of deployment processes and workflows
Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions on DevOps tools and practices
